Before you buy
How do I get my license key?
Right after payment it is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email you entered at checkout. Open MediaJar → Settings → License key, paste it and press Activate.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes, on your own computers. If Chrome sync is on, the key follows your browser profile automatically; otherwise paste the same key on the other computer.
How does the free trial work?
In the extension, press “Try Pro free”. You get 10 Pro actions: each download, ZIP, export or “Download all” that uses a Pro feature takes one; a live recording takes one per 10 minutes after the free first 10. Saving into your own folder comes with the paid Pro only.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Write to [email protected] — most site problems are fixed in the next update. If we can’t help, you get your money back within 14 days. See the refund policy.
How do I cancel the annual plan?
Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to us. Pro stays active until the end of the year you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
